This looks very similar to another recent topic from 13 days ago, where both Individual and Business verification showed as approved, but the app submission flow still said verification was required.

If the org/project/app are definitely correct, this looks like a verification-state sync or backend issue, so I’d contact Support and include the screenshot plus the org/project/app details. https://help.openai.com/en

If your org/project/app are definitely correct and the business verification shows approved, this may be the same verification-state sync/backend issue. In that case I’d recommend you to contact support and open a support case.
