ChatGPT App submission blocked despite approved Individual verification

Hi OpenAI team and community, I’m reporting what looks like a ChatGPT App Submission verification sync issue. I’m unable to submit a new ChatGPT App because the submission page shows: “Individual verification is not complete. Please verify as an individual before submitting.” However, my Individual verification is already Approved in: Platform Dashboard → Organization settings → General → Verifications This does not appear to be a browser or cache issue. I have already tried: * Restarting my computer * Refreshing the submission page * Incognito mode * Clearing cache/cookies * Another browser * Another computer The issue remains. Important context: I previously submitted and passed review for another ChatGPT App using the same organization, same project, same developer name, and same Individual identity. The previously approved app used the same setup: * Same organization * Same project * Same developer name * Submission type: Individual * Individual verification already approved Expected behavior: The submission page should recognize the already-approved Individual verification and allow submission, as it did for the previously approved app. Actual behavior: The submission page blocks submission and says Individual verification is not complete. This looks like a backend verification sync issue between the approved Individual verification status and the ChatGPT App submission page. I also tried contacting OpenAI Support through Help Center, but the support chat currently returns: “An error occurred while generating the assistant response.” So I’m posting here first to help identify and document the issue. Could the OpenAI team check whether approved Individual verification status is correctly synced with the ChatGPT App submission flow? Has anyone else seen this recently?
