  "textContent": "Hi @ManuelDario,\n\nThis looks very similar to another recent topic from 13 days ago, where both Individual and Business verification showed as approved, but the app submission flow still said verification was required.\n\nI shared a relevant OpenAI article there in that topic, so if you want, you can take a look at it and see if there’s something that might help:\n\nBusiness and individual verification succeeded, but cannot submit ChatGPT Apps SDK\n\n> Welcome to the community! Since your screenshot shows both Individual and Business verification as approved, but the submission flow still says verification is required, I’d first check that you are submitting from the same organization where verification is approved. If the org/project/app are definitely correct, this looks like a verification-state sync or backend issue, so I’d contact Support and include the screenshot plus the org/project/app details. https://help.openai.com/en\n\nIf your org/project/app are definitely correct and the business verification shows approved, this may be the same verification-state sync/backend issue.
