According to some embodiments disclosed herein, a current sensor diagnosis device includes a voltage sensor configured to collect voltage data of a battery, and a controller configured to determine whether a current flows in the battery based on current data of the battery, which is collected by a current sensor, specify a reference voltage at a first end time point of a first time section based on the voltage data when it is determined that the current does not flow in the battery during the first time section, and diagnose a state of the current sensor based on the reference voltage and the voltage data after the first end time point.
