FUEL INJECTOR VALVE
DRIVE
June 22, 2016
A fuel injection valve (1) for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, in particular for direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, comprises a magnetic coil (10), an armature (20) acted upon by the magnetic coil (10) in a closing direction by a return spring (23), and a valve needle (3) in non-positive connection with the armature (20) for actuating a valve closing member (4), which together with a valve seat surface (6) forms a sealing seat. In a connecting sleeve (40) serving to supply fuel on the inlet side (16), an adjustment element (50) is arranged for adjusting the spring force of the return spring (23). The adjustment element (50) is bounded outwardly by a thin-walled sleeve (51), and inside the sleeve (51) a dome or cup-shaped filter element (62) made of metal mesh and a throttle element (56) are each inserted as independent insert parts.
