Human-machine interface (2) for an agricultural work device (9) to be controlled or regulated via an ISO data bus (10), with a screen (4) and with several softkey input buttons (5, 6) that perform different functions depending on an associated screen display of the screen (4), wherein the softkey input buttons (5, 6) are designed as hardware buttons or are formed by regions of the screen (4) designed as a touch screen, wherein first softkey input buttons (5) are preset with corresponding functions on the control side, whereas second softkey input buttons (6) are freely assignable with corresponding functions. At least one of the second softkey input buttons (6) is assigned with a function for adjusting an operating parameter of the work device (9) to be controlled or regulated in such a manner that upon tap-type actuation of the respective second softkey input button (6) the corresponding operating parameter is adjustable in a defined adjustment range in a first adjustment direction, and that upon continuous actuation of the respective second softkey input button (6) the corresponding operating parameter is adjustable in the defined adjustment range in a second, opposite adjustment direction.
