Vehicle axle suspension
DRIVE
January 15, 2014
The suspension (1) has axles (2) i.e. steering axles, for retaining wheels at opposite ends, and a central strut element (3) whose one end (31) is connected with the axles and another end (32) is connected with a vehicle frame (4) by a first joint (5). A rotational axis of the first joint is arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis of the axles in an initial position. The axles are rotatably arranged around a second joint (6) opposite to the first joint, where a rotational axis of the second joint is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the axles. An independent claim is also included for a trailer.
