Damper door for a vehicle ventilating system

The regulating flap at there is at least one edge over which they are flows, and which can be moved from the first position to a second position. The flap is basically flat, and has an irregular cross section profile (2) in the region of the edge over which the flow passes. This creates a number of different flow directions to reduce the noise.
