Air flow damper
DRIVE
October 9, 2002
The flow flap (5) has at least one flap wing (6) which is displaced by guide means between a closed and an open position. The guide means displace the flap wing in such a way that the wing in several open positions is orientated parallel to the passing flow. The flap wing in its shape is adapted to the progression and shape of wall sections of the flow duct section (4) in the region of the flow passage (3). The flap wing is connected to a pivot point (8) by means of a support component (7).
