Apparatus and method for adjusting an actuator

The device for the adjusting of an actuating component (1), especially in a motor vehicle, has at least one manually operable operating element (2). The actuating component is adjustable through an actuator (3) and manually through the operating element, whereby the actuator, the operating element and actuating component are mechanically coupled and a manual adjustment of the operating element is sensed through a computer based on at least one electrical signal of the actuator. An independent claim is included for a method for the adjusting of an actuating component, especially in a motor vehicle.
