The transport container (2) has at least one suspension rail (8) in its upper region extending in the longitudinal direction on which the load can be suspended and transported within the container along a path limited by a stop element on a section of the rail. The stop element is a stop cam pivotable about a rotation axis between stop and non-stop positions.
