Spring system device for vehicle seat and/or vehicle cabins with elastomer element

The device has an elongated spring member (21) extending along longitudinal and/or transverse direction of a vehicle and connected with a component i.e. seat upper part, in an end region. The member is connected with another component (22) in a middle region (33), and has a round cross-section in the middle region. The member is made of a flexible elastomer material that is formed in rod shape. Two metal strip elements (38, 39) run parallel to each other and arranged in longitudinal direction of the member, where length of the strip elements is less than that of the member.
