Holder for a beverage container

The holder (1) is designed to support a drinks bottle (2) in an upright position. It has a large square base, a housing with rectangular vertical sides (5) and a square top surface (6) with a large central circular aperture (3). Clamping levers (4) inside the housing engage with a ring (7) supported on linear guides (8) and engage a waisted region near the bottom of the bottle.
