Holder for a bottle to be mounted in a vehicle

The invention relates to a holder (10) for a bottle for installation in a motor vehicle. The invention proposes forming the holder (10) with bow-shaped, fan-like pivotable holding elements (12 to 15) which, in the fanned-out position, form a holding ring (22) at a front side of the holder (10), into which the bottle (not shown) can be adjusted. By means of a long design of legs (18) of the holding elements (12 to 15), a large holding height of the holding ring (22) above a storage surface (28, 30) can be achieved, and thus a tip-safe hold of the adjusted bottle can be achieved.
