Locking device for a steering column

The locking device locks the steering spindle (1). A receiving bush (2) has a receiving plate (2) for blocking elements (3). In their unlocked position, the blocking elements permit the spindle to be rotated, in their locked position, they do not. The blocking elements are raised in their unlocked position, and against the locking spindle in their locked position.
