An automobile vehicle suspension comprises two longitudinal arms (2, 3) articulated on the body. The longitudinal arms (2, 3) are connected by an anti-roll bar (10, 20, 30, 40, 50) which comprises at least one fold (14, 26, 36, 46) to reduce the bending inertia of the bar, while maintaining the same torsional inertia, and thus reduce the stresses at the fixing of the bar on the longitudinal arms. The anti-roll bar comprises at least one tube (11, 21, 31, 35, 41, 45, 51, 53, 55), and the fold comprises at least one flange (12, 22, 32, 42) and a connection side (13, 23, 33, 34, 43, 44) of the flange to the tube.
