The system has a loading platform (12) with lifting device (13), and an accident-prevention device (14) pivoted relative to the vehicle. The pivot points (15,16) for the prevention device on the vehicle, are positioned separately from the pivot point of the lifting device and/or a lifting arm (18). The device is pivoted by a pivot actuator (21) from a lowered passive position into a raised passive position, and an active position.
