Pro 20x account deactivated without any abuse

Hello OpenAI team and community staff,
I am opening a new topic because my issue appears to be different from a simple subscription downgrade.
My ChatGPT account currently shows an identity verification error saying that the account has been deleted or deactivated. This happened around the June 25 Pro/20X / Android subscription issue period.
My Help Center case number is: 10525347.
Summary of the issue:
* My account was a normal personal ChatGPT subscription account.
* The subscription was related to Pro / 20X access through Android / Google Play.
* When I tried to log in, I received an error saying the account had been deleted or deactivated.
* I did not intentionally delete the account.
* I did not receive any OpenAI deactivation email, warning email, appeal link, or identity/age verification email.
* I checked Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, and All Mail, but there was no OpenAI notice explaining the account action.
* The only related email I received was from Google/Google Play saying that my refund request would not be approved.
* The Google Play payment account is different from the affected ChatGPT login email.
* The Google Play payment email may have been associated with a previous account issue, so I am concerned there may have been an incorrect billing/account association.
* My issue appears to involve account deleted/deactivated status, missing OpenAI notification email, Google Play subscription/payment confusion, and possible Pro/20X or account-status synchronization issues.
For clarity, I am not claiming this is only a subscription downgrade. My account is not simply showing Free Tier — it shows deleted/deactivated during login. I am asking for manual review to confirm whether this is an account deactivation, an account-status error, an identity verification error, or an unresolved residual impact from the June 25 Pro/20X / Android subscription incident.
I have already submitted the details through Help Center, including the error screenshot, Request ID, Google Play GPA order information, refund denial email, and redacted payment proof.
I am not posting private account emails, order numbers, or payment information publicly here. I can provide those only through the official support case if needed.
Could someone from OpenAI please help confirm whether this type of deleted/deactivated account issue is being handled separately from the Pro/20X subscription downgrade issue?
