Pro x20 sub\ ($200) Subscription Silently Cancelled

I have a very similar issue.
My ChatGPT Pro / 20x account became inaccessible around June 25. When I try to log in, I receive an identity verification error saying that my account has been deleted or deactivated.
I did not intentionally delete my account, and I did not receive any OpenAI deactivation email, warning email, appeal link, or identity/age verification email. I checked Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, and All Mail, but there is no OpenAI notice explaining the account action.
My subscription was through Android / Google Play. The only related email I received was from Google / Google Play saying that my refund request would not be approved. That email does not explain why my OpenAI account is shown as deleted or deactivated.
I already have a support case that has been escalated to a support specialist, but I want to report here that my case appears to match this Pro x20 / Android subscription / account deleted-or-deactivated issue.
Could OpenAI Support please check whether this is related to the June 25 incorrectly cancelled subscription incident, Pro 20x entitlement synchronization, Codex access, identity verification, or account-status errors?
I can provide the full Request ID, GPA order number, payment proof, and screenshots privately through the support ticket. I do not want to post sensitive account or billing information publicly.
