Pro Account Randomly Deleted/Deactivated

I’m having the same issue after upgrading to Pro through google play. I returned the next morning to find my account has been suspended and the last subscription upgrade bump refunded, but not the previous two tiers. @OpenAI_Support Case Number: 10575559

This is really frustrating as I’m in the middle of a tight deadline project.
