OpenAI suspended my other account

I have two Plus accounts. Subscribed to both through the normal flow on desktop. Paid for both.
This morning, I received an email saying the other account was deactivated.
No reason given.
I only use the account for Codex. Nothing else. I don’t have a clue why the suspended it.
I try the appeal process.
It’s clearly automated and instantly says no.
I try contacting support.
They redirect me to the help center WHICH I CAN NO LONGER USE ON THAT ACCOUNT.
They redirect me to the appeal form WHICH I’VE ALREADY BEEN TOLD IS USELESS TO DO AGAIN.
I cannot get the human support to understand that I need their help.
I’m so incredibly frustrated. This is a flagrant breach of my consumer rights under EU law.
What can I do??
