Pro Account Deactivated and Does Not Allow to Appeal

Hello, The notice says the account was deactivated for activity related to Cyber Abuse. I did NOT use OpenAI services for phishing, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, data exfiltration, evasion, denial-of-service, or any other harmful cyber activity. I submitted an appeal but immediately I receive an email that the original decision stands, however I have not received a decision yet for the appeal!
