Pro 20x account deactivated without any abuse

Hi, I’m in a similar situation and wanted to add my case here in case it helps. My ChatGPT Pro account (purchased via App Store, 5x usage) was suspended around the same period with no warning and no explanation email. When I try to log in, the account appears to be deactivated. I have not received any deactivation notice, appeal link, or policy violation email. All of my conversation history, memory, and ongoing work are locked inside this account, so reinstatement is urgent for me. I have two open support cases: C-mjbppfHrUMMo and C-UGbbrid2HAKw. I’m happy to provide payment proof, usage details, or any other information through the official support channel. Hoping OpenAI can look into this. Thank you.
