  "textContent": "I have two Plus accounts. Subscribed to both through the normal flow on desktop. Paid for both.\n\nThis morning, I received an email saying the other account was deactivated.\nNo reason given.\n\nI only use the account for Codex. Nothing else. I don’t have a clue why the suspended it.\n\nI try the appeal process.\nIt’s clearly automated and instantly says no.\n\nI try contacting support.\nThey redirect me to the help center WHICH I CAN NO LONGER USE ON THAT ACCOUNT.\nThey redirect me to the appeal form WHICH I’VE ALREADY BEEN TOLD IS USELESS TO DO AGAIN.\n\nI cannot get the human support to understand that I need their help.\n\nI’m so incredibly frustrated. This is a flagrant breach of my consumer rights under EU law.\n\nWhat can I do??",
