Title: Unable to Reduce ChatGPT Business Seats Back to 2 (Stuck at 3 Seats) I’m experiencing a billing/seat management issue with ChatGPT Business. Current situation: * Workspace currently has only 1 active user (myself) * No pending invites * No extra active members attached However, the billing page is still locked at 3 seats. Problem details: * The minus button is disabled/grayed out * If I manually change the seat count from 3 to 2, it automatically snaps back to 3 * The issue persists across browsers/devices * I already waited before the billing cycle cutoff window This appears to be a baseline seat synchronization or backend migration issue after the Team → Business transition. Because of this issue, I was charged for an additional seat that I could not remove myself. I would like to request: 1. Manual reset of the baseline seat count back to 2 2. Refund or billing credit for the unintended extra seat charges Also, could someone clarify the correct process for reducing seats in ChatGPT Business? * Is the seat count supposed to decrease automatically at the next billing cycle? * Does the workspace need to have exactly 2 active users before renewal? * Is there any way to manually reset or release the locked baseline?
