Hey there, thank you for th tips on trains getting stuck. It's been many years and I needed to relearn some signal basics. Fixed the signals to a point trains no longer get stuck. If any do in the distant future, I'll cross that bridge then.

I fast-forwarded a decade again and passenger distribution still refuses to take effect, even without trains getting stuck. Did the scenario creator somehow hard-code it in? That should not be possible, if I understand the setting right.
