  "textContent": "Hey there,\nthank you for th tips on trains getting stuck.\nIt's been many years and I needed to relearn some signal basics. Fixed the signals to a point trains no longer get stuck. If any do in the distant future, I'll cross that bridge then.\n\nI fast-forwarded a decade again and passenger distribution still refuses to take effect, even without trains getting stuck.\nDid the scenario creator somehow hard-code it in?
