We're running a Freedom of Information Workshop

Leicester Gazette June 8, 2026
Source

Dear readers – earlier this year our journalists successfully forced Leicestershire Police to disclose their contract with tech firm Palantir. We managed that through a Freedom of Information (FOI) request, and now we're going to teach the community how to pry records from councils, politicians and government by putting in their own FOI requests.

Join us at Quaker's Meeting House on Queens road on 18 June where Rhys and Emma will give you all the tools and the know-how to put in your own FOI requests.
