Rocky River police officers find OVI suspect passed out in van with deployed airbags

A caller at 1:30 a.m. on April 3 reported a van with deployed air bags was in the intersection of Lakeview Avenue and Westway Drive. When officers arrived, they found a man slumped over in the driver’s seat appearing unresponsive.
