Man accused of intoxication, harassing woman: Rocky River Police Blotter

A caller at 10 p.m. on April 4 reported that an intoxicated man was banging on his ex-girlfriend’s door at a first-floor apartment on River Oaks Drive. Officers found the subject at the door, but when he spotted the officers, he ran to a third-floor apartment and locked the door, refusing to answer.
