Callers report OVI suspect passed out in car at intersection: Lakewood Police Blotter

Multiple callers to the Lakewood Police Department at 10:32 a.m. on May 2 reported a man was passed out in a vehicle on Detroit Avenue at the intersection with W. 117th Street.
