Westlake police officers find pills, nitrous oxide bottle in OVI suspect’s SUV

An officer responded at 4:15 p.m. on May 7 to several drivers sounding their horns on Center Ridge Road near the city’s recreation center. The drivers were honking at a Dodge SUV that had drifted left of center, nearly causing a crash, according to a Westlake Police Department press release.
