Westlake police recover drugs from suspect’s underwear following traffic stop

An officer stopped a car at 3:15 p.m. on Feb. 9 on Detroit Road at Dover Center Road for an equipment violation and discovered that neither the driver nor the passenger had a valid driver’s license. Officers found a loaded handgun under the driver’s seat.
