Officers recover vodka bottle from OVI suspect’s car: Westlake Police Blotter

An officer at 6:45 p.m. on April 29 stopped a car on Dover Center Road at the Bay Village city line after seeing it weave several times over the center double yellow lane lines. The driver appeared intoxicated but said he was just coming from work.
