Drunk driving suspect mistakes intersection for a parking lot: Rocky River Police Blotter

Several callers to the Rocky River Police Department at noon on March 14 reported that a dark blue BMW with heavily tinted windows had been stopped in the middle of the intersection of Laurel and Rockland avenues for more than 15 minutes.
