Witnesses report drunk driving suspect who hit sign on I-90: Rocky River Police Blotter

Several callers at 8 a.m. on Jan. 20 reported a white Honda HR-V hit an electrical sign on I-90 eastbound near the Detroit Road exit. The crash caused damage, but the SUV continued traveling eastbound, they reported.
