Caller helps police find OVI suspect on I-90: Rocky River Police Blotter

At about midnight on Jan. 2, a caller reported a car was swerving in and out of lanes on I-90 eastbound and that the car almost ran him off the road. An officer got behind the car, witnessed it swerving between lanes, and initiated a traffic stop.
