Police arrest speeding driver at gunpoint; drunk man refuses to leave apartment lobby: Brook Park police blotter

Police arrested a Cleveland man April 8 after he fled police in a Cadillac Escalade on I-71. Also, an intoxicated Chardon man was arrested April 13 after he refused to leave the lobby of Park Place.
