Man caught with partly melted crystal substance; drunk driver passes out behind steering wheel: Brook Park police blotter

A Twinsburg man faces possible charges after police found what they believed were illegal narcotics in his vehicle. Also, a Brook Park man was arrested June 13 after police found him unconscious behind the steering wheel of a car.
