Man on heroin passes out in car; drunk driver arrested after leaving crash scene: Brook Park police blotter

Police arrested a Middleburg Heights man Jan. 29 after he passed out behind the steering wheel of a Honda Civic at West 130th Street and Brookpark Road. Also, an intoxicated Brook Park man was arrested Jan. 30 after the Jeep he was driving hit another car.
