Wanted jaywalker with narcotics arrested; resident scammed out of $9,000: Brook Park police blotter

Police arrested a wanted Cleveland woman carrying narcotics March 22 on Brookpark Road near Smith Road. Also, a Brook Park resident told police March 20 that she was scammed out of $9,000.
