Fake FTC rep scams resident out of $15,000; wanted man causing trouble arrested outside Sunoco: Brook Park police blotter

Someone tricked a Brook Park resident into depositing cash into a bitcoin machine. Also, a wanted Cleveland man was arrested Feb. 25 outside Sunoco on Engle Road.
