Shoplifting suspect caught while trying to board a bus: Rocky River Police Blotter

Rocky River police officers responded to a request for help arresting a suspected shoplifter from the Fairview Park Police Department at 4 p.m. on Dec. 27. The suspect was accused of taking items from the Kohl’s department store at the Westgate Shopping Center.
