ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT - Server not responding (gikal.org)

As meishin said, we are not staff. This is a community support forum. And bombarding us with “Proof”, and commenting on every thread you can see is equally rude, unhelpful and unproffesional. You cannot ping (or directly) access the IP address of your site, in fact the way its set up, you cannot interact with your site in any way other than a browser. As for the FTP IP Address, this is completely separate from your sites IP and isn’t currently having any problems. so pinging that IP wouldn’t make any difference.
