Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my website and would appreciate your assistance.

Issue: My website has been inaccessible since yesterday and returns ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT in all browsers.

Troubleshooting Performed:

• Account is active and not suspended.
• Health Check reports “No issues found”.
• FTP access works normally.
• File Manager works normally.
• Domain is correctly assigned to the htdocs directory.
• Uploaded a simple test.html file to htdocs, but it also times out.
• Created a new subdomain and experienced the same issue.
• Tested from different networks and with a VPN, but the issue persists.
• Direct access to the assigned IP address (185.27.134.143) also times out.

Because even a simple HTML file cannot be accessed, this does not appear to be a PHP, database, or website code issue.

Could you please check whether there is a routing, web server, or hosting node issue affecting this account or hosting volume?
