Domain Suspended? Literally Created a Website 3 Hours Ago

There is a graph in the control panel and client area (if the account is active) that shows your CPU usage. Basically any limit that can trigger an account suspension and can be graphed is both shown in the account statistics, and we have article for each one of the describing what they mean. So I’m not sure where you got this “no transparency” idea from. We’re not hiding anything regarding the limits.
