Domain Suspended? Literally Created a Website 3 Hours Ago

Every hosting has many limits and most of them you’ll never run into. Doing a deep dive into every single one before you start would actually be a waste of time, so I don’t fault you for not looking into the CPU limit until it became a problem. But I do want to push back on the “no transparency” and the “this service is a waste of time” framing. The limits aren’t hidden, they are right there in the account statistics and documentation. Not looking into them until you run into limits is perfectly fine and what many people do. There is a reason we link to the KB article about the applicable limit if your account is suspended: we assume that you’re not familiar with it. Hitting the daily limit triggers a 24 hour suspension. It’s harsh, but we have to have policies on server resources to provide a good service to as many people as possible while still being able to provide it for free. No such suspension process exists on premium hosting precisely because you don’t have to deal with the constraints of free hosting there.
