Domain Suspended? Literally Created a Website 3 Hours Ago

I followed a tutorial which mentioned Elementor being demanding and they suggested Kadence, which I used. Anyway, how are we supposed to know when we’re nearing this arbitrary “CPU limit”? Such a bad look when you send the website to someone and it says “DOMAIN SUSPENDED”. Plus, a 24 hour suspension is excessive. I don’t see why anyone would come back if there’s no transparency.
