An air guiding device for a motor-vehicle comprises a main chamber (9) located at the rear of a front wall (2A) of the motor vehicle, and defined between said front wall (2A), a rear wall (11) which is spaced apart from said front wall (2A) and two side walls (103). At least a first opening (5) is provided on said front wall (2A), for the inlet of air into said main chamber (9), while at least one second opening (12) on said rear wall (11) guides the air into the engine compartment (6) of the motor-vehicle. Two side ducts (18) are each extending from an inlet (19) located on a respective side wall (103) of the main chamber (9) to an outlet (20) giving out on a respective outer side wall (2B) of the motor-vehicle. To said second opening (20) there is associated a device (13) for controlling the air flow therethrough. The outlets (20) of the two side ducts (18) are arranged and oriented so as to generate a substantially flattened and vertical air curtain adjacent to each front wheel (W) of the motor-vehicle on the outer side thereof. The front wall (2A) is the wall of a front bumper (2) of the motor vehicle, and the two side ducts (18) are defined by two channel-like elements (21) secured against the inner surface of the bumper.
