The present invention aims to provide tire compositions which provide improved response during highspeed running, and tires including the tire compositions. Included is a tire composition containing: an elastomer component; a silica having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 170 m2/g or more; and a dicyclopentadiene-aromatic compound copolymer resin and/or a hydrogenated dicyclopentadiene resin.
